Our journey towards sustainability began with a vision to redefine waste management by creating value from what was once considered unrecyclable. At Blue Phoenix, we don’t see landfills as the final destination. Instead, we deliver sustainability solutions that transform residues into valuable materials. These materials re-enter the economy to support a broad range of industries, including construction, infrastructure and manufacturing, for example supplying metals for new cars, electronics, and more.

Sustainability in construction 

In 2025, we recovered and produced over 7 million tonnes of secondary resources, through sorting, recycling and recovery of materials from multiple waste streams for use in construction and infrastructure. Using advanced processing, we convert waste into secondary resources and recirculate them back into the market, playing an active role in advancing the circular economy and reducing the negative environmental impact of landfill disposal.
We partner with clients, plant operators, contractors, regulators and the wider society, working together to shift the world’s mindset of seeing resources instead of waste.​ We believe we can bring value to our customers through lower-carbon intensive secondary products, also supporting their decarbonisation journey.

We provide durable, lower carbon-intensive materials for construction platforms, highways, and pavements. Avoiding the usage of primary materials, we help decrease greenhouse gas emissions globally and work towards building a safe, resilient, and better future for generations to come.

We combine in-house innovation, verified environmental assessments (LCAs) and collaborative partnerships to deliver lower-carbon, circular solutions that meet regulatory and commercial needs.
