Closing the loop
Turning waste into resources - that’s our mission. We work to keep valuable materials out of landfills and put them back where they belong: in the economy. From massive slabs of concrete to metal scraps smaller than two millimeters: we sort, recover, and recycle. By circling valuable secondary resources back into use, we don’t just manage waste - we close the loop.
Global power, local precision
Our teams operate around the world, bringing professional expertise and proven solutions to every region. By being locally present, we understand the specific regulations, needs, and dynamics on the ground. That’s what we call global power, local precision.
Waste treatment
Waste management lies at the heart of building a circular economy. At Blue Phoenix, we transform residual waste streams into valuable resources, helping communities reduce landfill use, recover secondary raw materials.

Secondary materials
Secondary raw materials are in demand for road construction, earthworks and landfill construction as well as concrete and asphalt. We produce quality-assured recycled aggregates from construction and demolition (CDM) waste, and bottom ash from the thermal recycling of municipal waste serves as the material of origin for secondary aggregates.
Energy recovered
We transform your residual waste into electricity and heat, helping to meet local energy needs, whether industrial or domestic. The electricity generated by both thermal treatment plants is more than sufficient to supply a city of approx. 100,000 inhabitants with electricity. Our plants also have the ability to supply heat for district heating.
Materials that have lived before. And will live again.
By producing secondary aggregates, recycled metals, and other high-quality secondary materials, we deliver the building blocks for tomorrow's infrastructure. We help conserve natural resources, cut carbon emissions, and accelerate the shift toward a truly circular economy.
