As global demand for raw materials continues to rise, the Dutch government has set an ambitious target: to achieve a fully circular economy by 2050.  
This vision involves landfill banning of combustible materials and focus on transforming waste into valuable resources and heavily relying on recycled and secondary materials, reducing the dependence on increasingly scarce primary materials. 
Blue Phoenix contributes to this transition by offering a wide range of secondary and recycled materials for infrastructure projects, as road construction and the concrete products industry. Our products can serve as substitutes for primary mined aggregates and are delivered to specification with a declaration of performance (DOP) and a European Union Declaration of Conformity. 
This aggregates act as a replacement for raw building materials, such as sand and gravel, and contribute to reducing the carbon footprint, supporting both environmental goals and long-term resource resilience. 

Urbase® - IBA Aggregates

Derived from incinerator bottom ash (IBA), Urbase® provides certified secondary aggregates ideal for road construction, foundations, and infrastructure projects.

ECO Materials

Includes ECO Granulate, ECO Filler, and ECO sand certified raw materials recovered from tar-containing asphalt treatment.

Recycled Granulates

Aggregates recovered from construction and demolition waste, meeting Dutch and EU standards for reuse in new construction.

Recovered Gypsum

A high-quality gypsum product from our gas scrubbing process, used in the production of construction materials such as plaster and cement.
