Filter dust (compounds of lime mixtures), flue gas cleaning compounds, and other hazardous waste from waste incineration plants have a high level of contamination. Blue Phoenix is ​​one of the very few specialists in Germany for the disposal of this hazardous waste. We are the only filter dust disposal company with proprietary mine access for the Bleicherode and Sollstedt backfill mines in Thuringia, in which Blue Phoenix holds a share. These mines ensure environmentally safe filter dust disposal, including through the backfilling process.
