M&A and Integration Associate
We are hiring an M&A and Integration Associate to support Blue Phoenix’ growth and integration agenda. You will work directly with the Head of M&A and Integration and cover transactions, integrations, and strategic projects.
The role is broad, hands-on and an excellent opportunity get exposure to the strategic and operational aspects of private equity. One day you might lead a due diligence workstream or prepare material for a board meeting, the next you are helping coordinate post-merger integration across newly acquired companies. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and local teams to deliver on key initiatives and ensure momentum. Occasional travel may be required to support business needs.
Key responsibilities
M&A
- Support deal execution from screening to closing, including modelling and due diligence coordination
- Prepare investment cases and presentation materials for management and shareholders
- Help maintain a structured pipeline and consistent assessment of new opportunities
Integration and value creation
- Drive selected workstreams within ongoing post-merger integrations
- Prepare regular integration updates on our One Blue Phoenix integration programme
- Work with local teams to ensure acquired companies are aligned and value is realised
Strategy and board support
- Contribute to strategy development and independently drive value creation projects
- Support the communication and follow-up of strategic priorities across the Group
- Prepare materials for senior management and shareholders

Who you are
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering with strong academic results
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking or a similar analytical role
- Solid financial modelling skills and ability to produce high quality presentations
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams with a clear sense of ownership
- Curious, collaborative and pragmatic. You enjoy solving problems and creating structure in complex situations.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement. You know how to collaborate with different teams and senior leaders to move things forward.
- High attention to detail and quality; your work is fit for senior management and shareholder audiences.
- Comfortable working across multiple topics in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent in English
